Coventry University London Campus

In 2010 Coventry University launched its flagship London Campus with the vision to partner with employers to deliver 21st century learning through a real business experience in the heart of London: the global centre for finance, business and culture.
Rachel was engaged as the Principal Curriculum Consultant for the project, leading the design and development of six new MBA programmes and a suite of undergraduate programs for an international student body in partnership with a wide range of global stakeholders.

The Association of Business Practitioners (ABP) is a UK awarding body which possesses expertise in developing and accrediting qualifications of different sizes and levels relevant to a wide range of industry sectors.

Rachel has worked with Kaplan Publishing to increase the academic 'credibility' of their texts by developing a creative strategy to improve and enhance the academic content of their publications in order to make Kaplan publications more attractive to an academic audience.

In 2009 Kaplan (US) tasked Kaplan Europe with the strategic development of a pan-European Business School with campuses across the UK and continental Europe all delivering a consistent curriculum and offering students the opportunity to study in any location both face to face and online to suit their professional and personal commitments.

The AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance) is the largest A-level and GCSE awarding body in the UK, awarding 45% of full course GCSEs and 44% of A-levels nationally.
Working with partner publisher Nelson Thornes, Rachel co-authored a number of general Business Studies texts for students studying for public examinations in Business Studies.

Edexcel, a Pearson company, is the UK's largest awarding body offering academic and vocational qualifications and testing to schools, colleges, employers and other places of learning in the UK and internationally.

International Correspondence School (ICS)

International Correspondence Schools Ltd (ICS) is the world's largest and most experienced distance learning organisation. YoungBiz is an international training company that specialises in financial literacy, enterprise capability and entrepreneurship education. To accomplish their mission, they develop and deliver courses and workshops for students, publish classroom curricula, and train teachers, lecturers and youth leaders.

The curriculum was adapted for both the UK and Asian markets. Rachel was also responsible for expanding the curriculum range and for the development of a number of Train the Trainer and Train the Educator programs.
